Devasheesh Bais is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh, India. He has been a research assistant for Mr. Narinder Singh, former member of the International Law Commission. He has also worked with the Commission for International Justice and Accountability, and undertaken internships with the United Nations Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals in Arusha, Tanzania, the Asian African Legal Consultative Organization, and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, and has participated in various moots. He holds B.A. and LL.B. (Hons.) degrees from the O.P. Jindal Global University and LL.M. in public international law from the University of Oslo. Mariam Bezhanishvili, doctoral candidate at European University Viadrina (Germany), works on the protection of property rights during armed conflicts and occupations. She has been a visiting scholar at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law, University of Cambridge, and is a reporter at the Oxford Reports International Law (ORIL). She holds LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from Tbilisi State University and has worked in the criminal justice system of Georgia. She was selected as the ‘Best Victims Counsel’ in the 2017 ICC Moot Court Competition. Dr. Mohammad Hadi Zakerhossein is a guest researcher at Amsterdam Center for International Law (ACIL). He also directs the Iranian Center for International Criminal Law (ICICL) that aims at promoting the ICC in Farsi-speaking societies. Previously, he served as a lecturer at Tilburg University. His work on the ICC has appeared in leading peer-reviewed journals, including the International Criminal Law Review. In 2017, he received his Ph.D. from Tilburg University for his dissertation ‘The situation selection regime at the International Criminal Court: Law, Policy, Practice’. He holds a master’s in criminal law and criminology from the University of Tehran. Dr. Zakerhossein works with CILRAP on Farsi resources in Lexsitus.

Khondoker Mehdi Maswood is currently serving as a Senior Consultant of International Crime Tribunal-Bangladesh (ICT-BD), Judicial Administration Training Institute (JATI), Bangladesh Judicial Service Commission (BJSC), Legal Aid Project Bangladesh and Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Bangladesh. He earned his master's degree from the Department of Sociology, University of Dhaka. He has obtained various national and international certifications in the arena of computer science and software administration. Mr. Maswood has trained more than 2,000 sitting judges and magistrates as well as more than 500 public prosecutors and government pleaders of Bangladesh. He also trained more than 1,000 court support staff. He has provided training on the Case Matrix. He has developed the database software Case Management System (CMS), the Court Cause List Display Database System, and the Monitoring Database Tool (MDT) for DANIDA-HRGG. He has provided various databases and dynamic websites for government and private organizations. He has done CMN activities in Bangladesh and Indonesia. Avo Sevag Garabet holds an LL.M. degree in International Law and the Law of International Organizations from the University of Groningen (the Netherlands) and a B.A. degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy from Notre Dame University (Lebanon). Since 2012, he has been working in international courts and tribunals in The Hague. He is currently associate information officer at the International Court of Justice, after having worked in communications at the Special Tribunal for Lebanon and, as defense case manager, at the International Criminal Court (Darfur Situation). Throughout his career, Avo Sevag Garabet has undertaken various roles with a focus on the Middle East and North Africa region, particularly in the area of human rights. Avo Sevag Garabet is the Arabic editor of the Legal Tools Database and is in charge of maintaining the collections of the International Court of Justice and Permanent Court of International Justice.

Salar Abbasi is a doctoral candidate in international law at the Catholic University of Portugal, Lisbon. He is the recipient of a competitive scholarship from the Ministry of Science and Education of Portugal (FCT) for his research. He holds B.A. in Islamic Law & Jurisprudence (2007-10) and M.A. in Criminal Law and Criminology (2011-13) from universities in Iran. Manek Minhas is responsible for the content-maintenance and -development of two ICC collections in the Legal Tools Database as a public interest service: the Basic Documents Collection and ASP Documents Collection, and the national folder for Singapore. Manek Minhas holds a law degree from National University of Singapore. Her professional interests include dispute resolution, international criminal law, human rights law and arbitration law. In pursuing these interests, she has been involved as a legal researcher or intern for several different projects. One such project was the Tasrif Award 2016 winner - the International People’s Tribunal 1965, a civil society initiative to try perpetrators of widespread crimes against humanity committed in 1965 in Indonesia.

Gullik S.H. Gundersen works as a Legal Adviser at the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. He holds a law degree from the University of Oslo, specialising in international law. His professional interests are data protection and privacy, national security law and the law of armed conflict. He is responsible for the content-maintenance and -development of the folders for Iceland and Ireland in the National Jurisdictions Collection of the Legal Tools Database, as a public interest service.
