Elements Digest

The Elements Digest helps you to find passages in these court decisions on the definition of the ICC crimes listed below. If you click on one of the crimes, a list of all its elements will open (based on the ICC Elements of Crimes plus the mental elements). If you click on one of the elements, you open a page with the components of that element and case law quotations. The quoted decisions are hyperlinked to the ICC Legal Tools Database for ease of access. Each page in the Digest has a persistent URL which you can use in citations. The short form of the URLs is www.cmn-kh.org/elements-digest/. The Digest was originally developed as a service in the ICC Case Matrix . Mr. Erick Sullivan co-ordinates a team of volunteers who update the Digest.
